    I bought two Apple products and I need a little more education on them. I was also not aware that Apple did not still use USB. Huge mistake.

    My contacts were lost when they transferred from my android. Customer service was terrible not happy with the phone. Or service.

    Died less than two years after purchase. There were also several issues with this phone that weren’t experienced on previous iPhones I have had.

    Great phone. I’m always on my phone for work or at home. As someone who used to really go for android I tried an iPhone 11. Had that 3 years with few issues. When I got a chance to upgrade I got the I phone 15. Transferring data was pretty painless to the new iPhone. The display is great. Battery life is outstanding. I’m someone who’s on my phone constantly. For example last night it lasted from leaving work about 4:30 with a full charge to about midnight without charging and still had nearly half the charge. This is from someone who doesn’t use the battery saver options either. I like my phone bright and usually run full brightness. Good device, USB c is nice, super fast to charge with a USB c charger. From someone who still doesn’t care for Apple computers, A+

    Awesome phone. Also Xavier from Reading Best Buy did an outstanding job of transferring enabling to unlock my old locked phone and transferring contents to this iphone 15. Best Buy is lucky to have a unique, sociable and knowledgeable person on their staff.
