    The iPhone is great but I’ll never buy another one at Best Buy. The tech assured me that the transfer from my old to new phone was all set. When I got home I found out that nothing transferred. Luckily I backed up my phone on the cloud

    Was told I would get 830$ credit. Rep didn't know details. Was refused by Verizon. Terrible setup. Shouldn't be selling phones if you aren't honest with details. You have to have Verizon's top plan to get advertised credit. Wasn't disclosed. Never again.
