I recently visited Best Buy to purchase the new iPhone 15, and overall, the experience was positive. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of staff available to assist. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and directed to the mobile section, where a dedicated associate helped me. They were knowledgeable about the different iPhone 15 models and patiently explained the differences between the base model, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max. Their insights helped me decide which one fit my needs best. The purchasing process was smooth. They confirmed availability, assisted me in choosing the right storage capacity and color, and even explained the benefits of AppleCare. I appreciated that they didn’t push unnecessary upsells but offered practical recommendations. One slight downside was the wait time. It took about 15 minutes for them to retrieve the phone from the back, which felt a bit long considering the store wasn’t too busy. However, the associate kept me updated, so it wasn’t too frustrating. Before leaving, they also helped me set up the phone and transfer data, which was incredibly helpful. It made the transition to the new device seamless. Overall, I’d rate the experience 4.5/5. Great customer service and a smooth process, with just a bit of room for improvement on efficiency.

Really great phone!! I wanted to get a special gift for someone and it turned out amazing! The quality overall is astonishing. Definitely recommend. The color shade in blue is so nice too.

Honestly, I can’t believe the maple grove Best Buy has low rating. Every worker here is so helpful and friendly. Also I’m a shy person and I would get nervous to ask for help. I bought this IPhone for my mom. And she loved it

Phone worked great could’ve gave me a better price considering the 17 he just came out but you know whatever. I guess it’s still a good phone. Can’t sell it for nowhere near what I bought it for, but you know.

The item was easy to get ahold of. Staff sat me down and talked the process through me. Financed it with my BB credit card. It's almost paid off already and I got cash back for it. Phone works well and was easy to transfer from an X. Newer iPhones used digital sim, so contacting providers to transfer your SIM to to a digital one is the biggest barrier.

No complaints, it’s a brand new Apple device. Battery capacity only gone down 2% since December- now it’s July. Not bad at all.

This is my first I phone and never thought I would ever come over to iPhone, but I made a wonderful choice, this phone is amazing and the opportunities that this phone gives me is outstanding

It came looking brand new. No signs of wear and a 100% battery capacity… I bought it in March 2025 but the warranty only last until November 2025 I know it was activated before because its was an open box item so I’m ok with that.
