Only reason I hold 3 stars is because on this purchase I did at the physical store, took my time to decide which color and spend time on this store. After bought this new iPhone 15 SEALED, I opened in my apartment and for my surprise I didn't see any devise and cords, I found only pieces of steels simulation weight, so I back to the store 15 minutes before to close and one guy gave me a card to contact call center and at the end I needed go back to the store again and talk with general manager, so I expended my time and gasoline and visit store 3 more times. At the end they accepted my claim and gave me a new device but without any compensation for this waste of my time and gasoline. So I recomend to review your new products before leave the store. After received new box I opened in front of manager, finally I get my new device and works perfectly and now I am happy with my new iPhone
