The first iPhone 15 I bought from BestBuy had a problem with battery heating. I immediately reached out to BestBuy in a couple of days and told them the problem. They resolved the problem quickly and replaced it with another new iPhone. This unit works great and I’ve no complaints. It has been a couple of months and I can’t be more happy having bought it. I wanted phone that was not too large for my hands and the iPhone 15 fit the bill. In terms of it’s performance, all I can say is this was my best decision on a phone so far and I’m amazed at its durability and performance.

Switched from a old phone and it’s amazing and I am a tech gal and this phone is really good but with the just 1 down side that If you run heavy programs it will get hot. It also has good battery life too. 48 Mp camera but you have to change that in settings.

There’s definitely a learning curve figuring out how to do certain tasks that used to be second nature. Sometimes, I found myself missing that freedom to tweak and tailor everything exactly how I liked it. Even though iOS is pretty user-friendly once you get used to it, I still have moments where I wish it was a little more flexible, like Android. All in all, switching to the unlocked iPhone 15 has been a mix of wow moments and small frustrations. But the premium feel, speed, and camera make it tempting to stay, even if I’m occasionally craving that old Android freedom.

This was best upgrade from android to Iphone. I bought this for my wife and she so much happy after using this for couple of months. The pink color is so much smooth which never feels you like to much dark or light. Its so light and handy.

I usually go with the pro models, but this phone ticks all the boxes for me. Great, reliable, and it's not gigantic and heavy. Great cameras and having the dynamic island and USB C is a nice bonus.

I upgraded from a Iphone 12 pro to this one. It's amazing. Great quality, great condition, no issues with service set up, Esim instead of traditional physical sim, fast charging, a bit bigger than the 12 pro but not too much.
