Amazing purchase! The phone is unlocked, this allowed me to connect right away with my carrier. It just took a phone call, and my daughter had her new phone working and ready for christmas.

The camera is much better quality than my old phone, and the device itself was cheaper here than getting it from my service provider

Bought this phone for my daughter because all her friends had an Iphone. So far, she is happy with it. We noticed that her phone picture quality is pretty good, and the phone is sleek.

I recently visited Best Buy to purchase the new iPhone 15, and overall, the experience was positive. The store was clean, well-organized, and had plenty of staff available to assist. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and directed to the mobile section, where a dedicated associate helped me. They were knowledgeable about the different iPhone 15 models and patiently explained the differences between the base model, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max. Their insights helped me decide which one fit my needs best. The purchasing process was smooth. They confirmed availability, assisted me in choosing the right storage capacity and color, and even explained the benefits of AppleCare. I appreciated that they didn’t push unnecessary upsells but offered practical recommendations. One slight downside was the wait time. It took about 15 minutes for them to retrieve the phone from the back, which felt a bit long considering the store wasn’t too busy. However, the associate kept me updated, so it wasn’t too frustrating. Before leaving, they also helped me set up the phone and transfer data, which was incredibly helpful. It made the transition to the new device seamless. Overall, I’d rate the experience 4.5/5. Great customer service and a smooth process, with just a bit of room for improvement on efficiency.
