    Knowledgeable sales rep helped me select the nest iPhone for my needs. Assured me I could transfer from my old phone with screen prompts. Worked perfectly. Wish Apple would include complete charging accessories, so I would not have to incur additional cost just to charge it.

    It came looking brand new. No signs of wear and a 100% battery capacity… I bought it in March 2025 but the warranty only last until November 2025 I know it was activated before because its was an open box item so I’m ok with that.

    This is a REALLY nice phone. I upgraded from an 11 to this and what a difference. If this is any indicator as to what the 17 is like .....yeesh

    I went in store to purchase this device and the service was great. It’s a brand new, sealed in box, unlocked device so I was very pleased. It works great, and I had no issue connecting to my network. I’d definitely visit Best Buy again for my future device needs.
