Good phone but still touch screen issues that are very concerning.

Bought as a gift for my mother. She seems to like it as it was a huge upgrade from her iPhone 8 Plus.

This is by far the worst phone experience I’ve had in years. I switched from a 5-year-old Xiaomi expecting an upgrade, but the iPhone 15 Plus performs worse than phones I owned back in 2019. The phone overheats almost immediately, and once it does, it becomes painfully slow and nearly unusable. I don’t play games at all — I only use social media and rideshare apps — yet the phone constantly throttles and struggles with the most basic tasks. For a device at this price point, this level of poor thermal management and performance is simply unacceptable. This was my first iPhone, and it will definitely be my last.

It was going good in the first time this is why I had the worst time to go through something rough like this that is why I nearly rate 2 stars because it was good quality and brand new when I first got it but not until activation lock had happened to me and something crazy to experience there not anything to say bad about the product or anything just find my friends is something crazy you don't want to go through.crazy dude wanted to theft me so he had ripped the box when I had it brand new already to take back to Best Buy.

bought a open box iPhone 15plus (excellent) but after opening the charging cable was missing. this is the second time I had issues with open open box items

Didn’t receive my package from Best Buy or this 3rd party company I am kinda disappointed and a bit bummed out I was so happy to get an upgrade. Another thing to add was my package was delayed due to it being damage upon shipping so fedex put a hold on it and I called fedex and they said couldn’t release the package due to it being damage and as well as I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks now for a refund now was spouse to be here August the 28th just kinda annoyed that no body seems to help with my situation I asked about getting a replacement and the 3rd party company said they didn’t have any in stock and it would be only a refund but like I stated before still waiting

I spent 888. On my iPhone 15 plus brand new. It did not come with a charger. For the price I paid I should have received a charger .

I price matched on the 10th day of the purchase and account representative verify the price and said he will honor the price match and issue the refund rightaway. I have copy of the chat and reference number. It's been 3 weeks now no refund, I called again today and they said it's got denied. I have all the proof he verify the price that day. Why Best Buy advertise to price match guarantee within 14 day. Also it's before the Black Friday, I know they don't price match on Black Friday. I will file the complain, I have all the proof.

I wouldn’t recommend. Apps crash and I have to restart the phone a lot. Been very disappointed and have only had the phone a little over a month and can’t return it.

I would have given no starts if it allowed me to. I took a day off from work to receive this phone as it needed a signature, and they sent the WRONG phone. I ordered an iPhone 15 PLUS and they sent an iPhone 15! So upset. Only gives me the option of returning it; so I had to drive to the nearest Best Buy to do that. What happened to the iphone 15 PLUS that was available at that great price?!?! Total waste of my time and wasted a vacation day to do this.

Not much difference between the past two iPhone generations

Good price and you don’t have to worry about the long payments plus Best Buy could look at it if it breaks
