Excelent phone! I upgrade from a 13 and was the best decision ever!

Very nice phone fast an responsive, unlocked so i can get any service i want very nice addition. Would rather buy a new phone from beat buy then from a cell phone carrier it makes it worth your buck.

Bought this phone for my mom last year for her birthday and it is still working awesome.

I been a customer at Best Buy’s for years I actually got my last 2 iPhones with you guys I’m forever a happy customer.

This was a gift to my son. It is his first OFFICIAL cell phone and he LOVES it. He says he feels “grown up” and I LOVE the parental controls I’m able to establish. I know he will not become obsessed with his phone but has access to apps and contacts he didn’t before. While we are able to monitor the stuff he does and where he is.

Promised my goddaughter that I would buy her a new Apple phone when she turned 15. I was able to hold her off until Christmas. She loves her new device and has added every app her phone memory could handle. It’s worth every penny spent.

This is the best iPhone I’ve owned yet. I’m glad I bought the 15plus that has a bigger screen. It also has vehicle crash detection which is a plus. And the best part is the phone came unlocked so I could shop around and choose my own carrier.

Pick up in store!!! I ordered this online and an empty apple box was delivered to my house. It was a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with Best Buy to get this resolved. They said it was a known problem with their apple products being stolen during the shipping process, but still wanted to make me wait DAYS up to weeks while they investigated. I don't order a phone for the heck of it. I wait to get new ones when necessary and Best Buy had horrible customer service in this situation!
