It's the same phone you can get in a thousand places. It's about the service. Nashwa helped me through the entire process - even staying after her shift ended , ensuring the data transfer was flawless. And it was. She even showed me a few things about how to use folders and settings on the phone that were unrelated to the transfer. Give her some recognition. She deserves it.
