Phone is okay, camera is amazing. I don’t get the point of some features but I’m still exploring so hopefully I grow to love it.

I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max as a birthday gift to myself and I was upgrading from an IPhone 13 Pro Max. I purchased the phone in the color black with 518 gb (this number may be a little off) but so far I enjoy the phone. Great quality so far I love the camera and the lightness of the phone compared to the iPhone 13 Pro Max ! My only complaint is that this phone does get extremely warm and the battery dies really fast to me and I know that can be a deal breaker to a lot of people who uses their phone a lot !

Haven't had long but seems ok. Not a lot of difference in my last phone. May be a bit heavier. Best Buy service was great.

Excellent model, I love the speeds I get when downloading and plenty of space for my music, videos/photos and apps!

I replaced the XS Max with the 15 pro max and am very pleased with the upgrade. Recently my XS Max was losing charge quickly and not performing at its best. I haven’t yet figured out all that the 15 pro max has to offer yet, but I’m very happy with my purchase!

An amazing device compared to my obsolete android. The interactions with my Mac and I-Pad are quite remarkable. Not troubled at all with the USB-C. The Apple system: WOW Had a slight snag w/shipping, but was resolved by the pre-authorization people.

This product was amazing my son loved it so much he did his chores and his sisters for 2 weeks since we bought it for him. Its an amazing phone and the quality is amazing . I recomment everyone to purchase this item 10/10 .

Love my new phone! BestBuy was the only place that had it at the time. Also the lady who helped me was very nice, she was fantastic with all the Att stuff, nice to find a place that still has people that know their stuff.

So much better than past iPhones. Huge plus to have Best Buy total protection since it provides apple care on all the devices I buy from them apple related. Very great perk I will keep.

As expected, I love my phone! My last phone was the iPhone 22 pro max and I’m glad I finally upgraded. Best Buy makes it affordable and convenient with their Best Buy credit card.

The switch over to iPhone was pretty seamless after being an Android user for so long. I’m still getting used to it honestly but it’s been pretty great so far!

I did not want to get an iPhone. My fiancé decided since I was the only one in the house to not have one I should. It was not an easy transition from android to iPhone and I am still getting use to it. Overall the process was amazing and the associates were extremely helpful.
