    The phone is fine - it’s a phone - I’m getting acquainted with the new options. Honestly, I don’t get the dependence on phones. I find it silly actually. Just be a phone

    This is a fantastic product and I am so happy after having a 12 mini for so long. This is a beautiful change. I also want to say that Jackie at the Grove city store, did a fantastic job helping me and making sure that I was satisfied . I would go back to her again and again!

    I just received my new Apple phone yesterday. I’m still learning new thinks about it. When talking on it, it is much clearer. Things come up much faster than on my old phone. This is going to be a big improvement.

    I upgraded from iPhone 12 to iPhone 16. Verizon tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got my phone upgraded, phone transfer within one 1hr.

    The only reason I didn’t give this phone a five star for overall rating is because I don’t know enough about it quite yet. I still have a lot of screens and steps to learn. But what I do know I really really like.
