    I really like the color and how fast my iPhone 16 works. Charges quickly easy to maneuver. There is some new features that I never knew I had.

    Easy process to purchase phone and activate (exisitng Verizon acct). Only hiccup was the trade-in. Best buy estimated a higher trade-in value that Verizon would offer. The iphone 17 is great!

    I love my new phone the experience setting it up however not so much. I did a port out from straight talk to Verizon and was without service for a day and a half but that is at no fault of the Best Buy crew. But other then that I love it
