The iPhone 16e works great! I know that there was some hesitation about the camera quality, but I have no complaints at all. I think the 16e is a nice option for people who don't want to sacrifice quality, but also pay a bit less than the more expensive options for iPhones.

I purchased the Apple - iPhone 16e 128GB - Apple Intelligence (Unlocked) - White as a gift for my mom. Before buying, I specifically asked multiple times whether this was a SIM-free, fully unlocked phone. The salesperson assured me that it was. To my shock, after gifting the phone, we realized it is not unlocked. It shows clearly in the settings: Carrier Lock: SIM locked We were unable to connect to any operators outside the U.S. This defeats the entire purpose of buying an “unlocked” device. Here are the phone details: Purchase Date: Nov 11, 2025 Order Number: 0393 070 1460 111125 Model: MD0W4LL/A – SKU: 6507524 EID: 89043052010008889724021370256063 IMEI1: 351811690415273 IMEI2: 351811690027245 Carrier Lock: SIM Locked I even contacted customer support and was told to physically visit a Best Buy store — which is not a practical solution, especially when the device was supposed to be carrier unlocked right from the start. Reference ID: 367026600 — so I don’t have to explain everything again. Extremely frustrated. This is misleading advertising and wasted time, especially when it was bought as a special gift. I expected better from Best Buy. I can provide screenshots and proof.

My box arrived tampered with and the phone had been stolen! Best Buy refused to replace it and I received no resolution to the issue and after several attempts they told me to contact my local police and they wouldn't help either. I spent over $600 and I am without the phone feeling cheated and extremely disappointed in Best Buy. Do not order online but go to the store if you don't want this to happen to you!

Very nice phone. It was on sale allowing to be able to purchase it. I also have a friend who offered to assist me to learn how to use the phone. I am full of sorrow that Best Buy is nolonger in the customer service business. You know the customer's needs were a consideration. I am so sorry that as a person I have little value. Great phone! I replaced my aging iPhone 8 with a 16e. While a bit bigger, the 16e was perfect... Lots of features and less than half the price of the newest models. Holds a charge for days and takes great photos. Unless you are trying to open a photo studio, this phone shoulf do the trick for most buyerd!

I just purchased a new iPhone 16e, to replace my Second Generation iPhone SE. The storage capacity is doubled, which allows me to maintain a large library of photos. The camera features are considerably enhanced. With a battery life of 21 hours, I no longer have to be concerned with recharging, when I am away from home.

This I Phone 16E replaced a lost I Phone 17. I love this phone 16E much more than the 17. The platform is much easier to navigate and is user friendly. The service at Best Buy was extraordinary. The young man helping us was so knowledgeable and courteous that we will consider all our electronic purchases there.

I purchased this phone for my spouse. He is impressed with the clarity of the screen and the ease of use. Battery holds charge well and the camera is great. Best Buy team member was wonderful is getting everything set up and even install the screen protector for us.

Got this for my young daughter. Its fast, does everything the the Pro version does but its small enough for her littlw hands and she doesnt need the super ultra processing of the flagship model.. we love it!

This phone is a huge upgrade from my former iPhone mini 12. It's just a tad bigger than my old phone, which I had to get used to. The features are great and the phone works great as well.
