good iPhone, nice camera, reasonable price, easy to use

This was a good purchase to replace an old broken phone. Everything is working well and it was easy to transfer all my data over. Would recommend if you need a new phone but don't want the newest phone.

Phone works well. A little tricky to set up. Had to take to carrier to set up.(no charge). Had 2 weeks and still learning different features. Would recommend.

It’s a good phone, not too heavy. Perfect for daily normal activities like calls, text and few hrs of YouTube. I feel lag sometime although it got latest processor, kind of slow phone. camera is average. Battery is good.

My daughter wanted to purchase her first phone, and this was a great deal. The screen size is bigger than her old phone. The camera takes nice photos as well.

Battery life probably doesn’t last as long as advertised (21 hours of video streaming and 26 hours of playback). However, since transitioning from an iPhone XR, I have found 5G (on 16e) to be so far a little bit better of an experience.

I’d give this phone a 5-star experience (in line with Best Buy’s customer ratings). It’s a great mid-range iPhone if you want reliable performance, long battery life, and Apple’s ecosystem without the premium price tag. It may not have all the bells and whistles of the flagship iPhones, but it’s an excellent value for the money.

Great upgrade over my iPhone 8! Doesn't have all the "Whistles and Bells" but it's perfect for me and what I use it for.

Works perfectly, and at only $500 it does everything an $1100 iPhone does.

It’s good. It’s an Iphone so uh you kind of know what to expect. The camera is pretty average for today’s standards, but if you’re buying the e version you should be aware of that already. Runs fast, good battery life and decent size/weight compared to last phone.

It came in perfect condition and also right in time. My old phone broke and the transfer was also super fast. All the new features are working perfectly for the newest iOS and the camera quality and sound are so far my favorite. It’s actually just as loud as a small speaker which is so cool for this being a phone. Even my dad said he’s switching to iPhone now after seeing my new phone.

Another solid Apple phone at a lower price point to replace my SE.
