The battery life is so far so good. It’s only a month old so time will tell. The camera is not going to be winning and photography awards but good enough. Overall we are satisfied

I also have a friend who offered to assist me to learn how to use the phone. I am full of sorrow that Best Buy is nolonger in the customer service business. You know the customer's needs were a consideration. I am so sorry that as a person I have little value. Thankyou so much the powers that be Best Buy

Love my 16e iphone!
