The phone is great. However, Best Buy said I could get a credit based on my trade in (which I was transparent about its condition) and when I took it in, they denied the trade.

I upgraded from an SE and wasn't sure about the new technology. As it turns out - I love the features: no home button, facial ID, larger screen, and improved audio / photo quality.

The iPhone 16e had all the functions I needed, such as calling, a camera, and web searching. The price was reasonable, and I liked it a lot.
