Very Disappointed with the wait at Best Buy. When purchasing IPhone 16 Plus we were expecting to have before my wife's birthda/20y, but purchased on 9/16/2024 and still waiting on 10/28/2024. Very little explanation from Best Buy. Just told if did not have by 11/3/2024 your cancel my order. That's fine only I have already paid for and purchased some accessories. So my credit card payment has my IPhone already on my bill. Best Buy will need to refund instead of canceling my order. Very Disappointed.
