I am very satisfied with the product I purchased, and even though it was out of stock at the time, the staff immediately reserved it for me! They notified me promptly and delivered it to me ahead of schedule. I am very happy.

This was a Christmas present it was opened yesterday, it is the wrong color. It was supposed to be green and ended up blue. Hopefully when I take it to activate it, it will be unlocked as ordered.

The iPhone 16 Pro delivers strong performance and long battery life, but its flaws are hard to ignore. Users report touch-screen unresponsiveness and lag—especially near the new Camera Control button. The camera button is also overly sensitive and awkwardly placed. Meanwhile, the base 128 GB storage feels stingy for a “Pro” device, and wired charging remains disappointingly slow.

My husband's iPhone 11 was definitely on it's last leg so we decided he needed to bite the bullet to get a new one. He wanted an iPhone with a bigger face but didn't need all the bells and whistles of a Pro so we decided on the 16 Plus. He was pleasantly surprised at how light it was compared to his dying 11 Plus. He is very, very happy with his new phone!

Phone set up was incredibly easy, I really like the camera quality, and the storage space is great.

i like how much of a fast and strong upgrade its was from the iphone XR this iphone 16 plus is so much better thank you best buy for selling me this phone!

Love the iPhone 16 plus. We were using an old iPhone 12 pro and knew it was time to upgrade. Best Buy had exactly what we were looking for. The customer service was amazing and wasn’t pushy like other stores.
