    Verizon Cust Serv is the bad part of this phone.

    Ordered 4 phones and 3 were cancelled by verizon for system issues. The device is probably great, the verizon part is part that is bad. Bestbuy and Verizon have not been helpful in fixing their system issue. Have spent 5-6 hours between both and still only have 1 device. Not switching to Verizon if they are this bad.

    The phone is great, however, I will never purchase through Best Buy again. I had to return the it b/c of an issue with the battery and they set it up as an additional line instead of an upgrade when I returned it.... literally days of my life later, this still isn't resolved with Verizon and I'm being charged for a phantom 2nd line that doesnt' exist... what a nightmare.
