    The phone is responsive. New camera features are impressive. The battery does not retain charge as much as I would expect from a new phone.

    Storage of 128GB is not enough for modern apps and this phone simply blocks you from updating iOS due to apps taking more space.

    So far have not been disappointed. I have always had an iphone and always satisfied. Only thing I noticed for a new phone it seems to not hold a charge as long as I would think brand new. Still last very long.

    First let me say the iPhone16 Pro is great. Nice phone and great features. Love the AI. However, the Best Buy trade-in experience was horrible. Did not receive a return label and Called Verizon and they had no record of a trade-in. Spent 6 hours on the phone with Verizon and Best Buy to finally get a return label to get credit for my old phones. THINK AGAIN BEFORE BUYING A PHONE WITH A TRADE-IN FROM BEST BUY.

    I definitely need to upgrade from iPhone 12 to iPhone 16 Pro. Good promotions, Verizon Tech was very helpful and got me out in 1 hr.

    This the first iPhone I have had a problem with and had to return. It would not connect to hearing aids and I ended having It replace. That was after spending several hours troubleshooting.

    Overall, it is good. I had an issue with my camera turning off when I tried to take a picture. I took it back to Best Buy and she did an update. It has only been 2 days and has not happened again. The camera takes time to get to know.
