TOTAL PIECE OF CRAP

It's a decent camera, but for anythign else, you'd better hope your applications, passwords, contacts, notes, etc. transfer. Mine didn't - Apple is no help; Verizon is a fricking joke. This is the worst Apple phone I've owned in 16 years. DO NOT BUY. Wait for the next one, or switch to Android. I'm shocked at how bad this phone is and also the support.

Great Upgrade And Easy Activation

Purchase through Best Buy was super easy, all I had to do is turn it in and it was activated to my Verizon account. Will be going through BB with my next IPhone purchase!
