    I kept my iPhone 11 for many years and it retained decent value when I upgraded. The AI capabilities are evolving, but I think it’s useful

    Loving the 16pro. Switched from Android. Wasn’t sure how I would like the iPhone. I am very pleased with it and really love it and all the features, not to mention the great customer service I received in getting it up and running since I was switching from Android

    The camera button comes in clutch while traveling and wearing gloves. AI functionality will be what really makes the phone great though.

    I upgraded from an iPhone 13 Pro to the 16 Pro, and while I didn't expect the difference to be big enough, it was! The smaller bezels and brighter screen make the experience of using the phone a lot more enjoyable. It took a while to readjust from the notch to the dynamic island, and I still feel it's like a hole in the middle of the screen, especially when watching movies. The camera button on the side is redundant, and I don't really use it much. It's clearly the phone's weakest link, as cases now have a cutout for it, which creates an open gap that the phone can receive the shock from and shatter on impact. Other than that, it's a great device.
