Actually bought the phone for my wife for her birthday over the phone with a Best Buy rep and the transaction could not have been any easier. Was able to get it all set up so she did not know about it until she opened it on the big day. Thanks to the Rep that assisted me.

A great product and much faster then my Previous iPhone 13

This purchase was a disaster and took most of the day. I ordered online well before release date. Didn't show up when it was supposed to. A week later it came in. Brought my trade in for the free phone from AT&T. They gave me the new phone and put the other one aside. When I realized an hour later that I didn't get a receipt for the turned in phone I went back. It was there sitting on the counter. No one could accept it in as a trade-in. They couldn't even find the order with ATT. A few hours later I left with my old phone and the new phone. Finally worried that this was all going to be a major issue, went to the ATT store and they took the old phone and gave me a receipt. Now to see if I actually get the monthly credit from the old phone toward the new phone. The staff at Best Buy was helpful but it was like they never had a trade-in before. The phone is awesome. I only purchased through Best Buy because I get two years of free AppleCare and that's worth it...but now wondering if ever again is worth being in the store most of the day.
