So far so good, stepping up from the 13 pro. Needed the extra pixels for my work photos. Defiantly get the spots my 13pro couldn’t get before. Shall see what happens with all this AI stuff. Need to be able to turn it fully off once it’s ready. But outside of that. Volume is louder and screen so much more brighter

Great upgrade for me. Went from a second generation SE to 16pro. No comparison 10 times better. Just remembered to back up everything before you do otherwise it’ll take you by the day to get all your apps and passwords working properly.

Phone seems good, camera great. Marco was extremely knowledgeable & helpful getting into Verizon & transferring content from my old phone.

I have no complaints again about the latest iPhone. I’ve had it for a year and I can see the improved battery life, camera quality and I LOVE the new camera/siri AI button along with the dynamic island at the top of the screen.

As always, my new iPhone is great! And getting it set-up with Best Buy support made the set-up process so quick and easy.

Love my phone it’s not a lot of new features to learn on it. It’s more so like my old iPhone 13 but faster, better camera

This replaced an IPhone 13 Pro that was having volume issues, the improvement in speed made it worth the trade up plus i can now hear on the phone. Battery life can be a slight issue, but its minor.

Decided to buy this phone as a bday present for my wife. She has enjoyed every second of using it and had no complaints. The camera quality is superb and the phone is so light and highly portable. Would recommend this phone for everyday users.

Best IPhone ever. Kept it the same size as the 13 which is great. Only downfall is the old chargers don't fit.

I’m very pleased with my phone, not that I would’ve been disappointed because this is my fourth iPhone.

The phone is probably fine, and the camera takes very nice pictures. My main issue is that I switched from an Android phone, and I feel that I phones just don't match up to the ease of use of the Android phones. Even little things like the keyboard layout, getting back to the home screen, closing all apps, and seeing notifications are just much more difficult than on an Android phone. So, if you really like IPhones, this seems like a good phone, but you should probably try an Android phone.

Happy to have iPhone 16. Love display quality, camera and AI features.
