Loving the upgrade to 16

The transfer from my 13 was actually easier than I thought and was dreading. The customer service was excellent while making the purchase and exchange. As I have had this phone now for a couple of weeks, I'm happy with the decision to change!

Don't Trade In through Best Buy!!

I completed the process online and while I checked out with the trade in listed and the price adjusted to account for it (With the system even requiring me to sign that I'd send my trade in by X date!), the system never actually processed a trade in. Now I've been at Verizon for hours trying to resolve the issue. An absolute mess
