    This phone is amazing! I went from a 12 pro to 16 pro and wow! Good job apple Also got the rose gold looking color and it took some while to get used to but it’s nice with a case on! I’ve also dropped it hard a couple times and it’s a tank!

    Really great phone! Honestly was hesitant thinking it was going to be the same as the others but turns out it isn’t. Way better intelligence is awesome. Chat gpt is insane and the buttons on the side is way better. Highly recommend upgrading!

    After upgrading to the new iPhone 16 of course there is the file and app transferring which was surprisingly easy. The assistance at the store was great when sharing knowledge and figuring things out. I was hesitant about replacing my iPhone 13 but glad I did now.

    Decided to upgrade after dropping Xfinity program. The transfer from my 13 was actually easier than I thought and was dreading. The customer service was excellent while making the purchase and exchange. As I have had this phone now for a couple of weeks, I'm happy with the decision to change!
