    Great phone, had the 11 and upgraded to this because my battery was bad on the 11… so far this phone is amazing. Camera is a big difference from my 11… otherwise, it’s an iPhone

    I am really disappointed in this new phone. The pictures doesn’t seem as clear as my 10. It seems to over heat with charging and it almost seems it has too much stuff that doesn’t make it as effective .

    I have been an iPhone user for more than a decade and this is the first time iPhone disappointed me. It drops calls and signals and constantly goes into SOS. Tried support etc. Nothing helped. It definitely has hardware issues. I am returning the phone sometime this week!
