    The item is fine. The help of the Best Buy is terrible. Verizon representative is not helpful at all. Our phone got locked. We could not bring any data to the new phone.

    Seriously do not go to a Verizon store to buy anything ever again!!! It’s so nice buying an iPhone from someone who isn’t trying to sell you on whatever they are forced to sell that week. In and out in less than 30min. Insane how knowledgeable our guy was and how easy. Plus you get that Apple care with Best Buy premium. Which you get even if you do payments though Verizon. Just perfect

    The phone works as it should, but I upgraded from a 13 pro max and there aren’t enough changes as of now to make it very impressive. I’ve come across a few things that are cool, but overall it isn’t worth the price for the few noticeable upgrades given that I moved three generations up.

    As easy to use as the iPhone 12. Beautiful pictures, speaker quality is better than previous iPhones. Siri responds quickly with a light show around the perimeter. The desert titanium color is subtle. You will have to purchase a new adapter for the phone as it is dedicated to that phone for now.
