My experience with Best Buy and AT&T honestly couldn’t be better. Pre-ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max as a trade-in upgrade & picked it up from Best Buy on Friday, 9/20. Super smooth & super quick - I was literally in & out of Best Buy in less than 4 minutes. Best Buy had my iPhone ready for pickup at the check-out counter and I didn’t even have to swipe my Best Buy credit card; they just checked my ID. Powered on the new 16 Pro Max when I got home and it was already synced to my AT&T phone number right out of the box. Very nice. The 16 Pro Max is great; I don’t notice a difference in screen size, but it is faster than my 15 Pro Max when taking photos. I use the camera a lot as I’m in real estate and the photos are even better than on the 15 Pro Max, VERY impressive! Taking photos is also snappier as one would expect due to the faster processor. Pro Tip: (This might only work with AT&T – all lines must be under the same account) I’ve still got 24 months left on my 15 Pro Max contract which is my main phone line, but my father’s 13 Pro Max (under my family plan) is now paid off. I also have a secondary business line that had no contract attached to it. So, I upgraded my business line to get the 16 Pro Max for $5 per month with trade-in, and had AT&T move the line on my 15 (which is still under contract) to the new 16 Pro Max (which is also under contract), and I gave my father my 15 Pro Max, and we’re trading his old 13 Pro Max to qualify for the $1,000 off over 36 months. In September 2025 the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be eligible for upgrade, so I’ll upgrade my main phone line, give my father the 16 Pro Max, and get a 17 Pro Max for $5 per month. You can leap frog like this with AT&T and qualify for the $1,000 off iPhone offer each year if you have multiple phone lines. It’s an awesome way to get a new iPhone every year or two for you and your family. If you don’t have multiple lines, AT&T now has an upgrade every year option called Up Next for $10/mo. that allows you to upgrade every year, without the fancy footwork.

Absolutely blown away by the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The Desert Titanium finish is beautiful and feels premium. Performance is incredibly fast, Apple Intelligence is a subtle but powerful addition, and the camera takes professional-quality photos. The battery life easily gets me through the entire day. A fantastic investment!

I love this phone it’s actually very big and the battery life is amazing the screen is great and the heat management is SO GOOD! But, it isn’t polished yet, buy something for what it’s now and not for promises I want the Apple intelligence. This phone is great for what it is but it’s missing its centerpiece. The AI, so it receives 4 stars, the last 1 would be for polished but it is not

Amazing phone... for those that need the Pro. Expensive, but great phone. I'd suggest that if you're into photography, gaming, high performance tasks, etc., go for this phone! It's got everything you'll want. 120hz, Always on Display, Apple's A18 Pro processor over the regular A18 (+1 core on the GPU), a 5x optical zoom camera with ProRAW, LOG, a better UltraWide camera, USB C 3, A bit better motion stabilisation and a bit better at some other camera stuffs, as well as the LIDAR in every Pro Max. This phone is definitely worth it for those that need the specs and the cameras. Amazing phone... for those that need the Pro. Expensive, but great phone. I LOVE my new iPhone 16 Pro Max! The performance is amazing and the display is gorgeous. The camera quality is amazing; it captures amazing detail. In addition, the design is elegant and feels high-end. In every aspect, it's a true upgrade that makes the investment worthwhile!

Really like this phone. It is sometimes a little buggy though and not sure why since its brand new but the problems don't last very long. Quite content with it. Has great speakers too. Almost totally fine playing music through it directly without hooking to a blue tooth speaker. Battery life is exceptional considering my last iphone would die in an hour. I can easily use this phone with multiple apps for the a good 5-6 hours and not worry about it dying too quickly. The camera is phenomenal. Great crisp pictures.

This phone is amazing! The camera quality is insane super clear, even in low light. Apple Intelligence features are crazy smart and make everyday tasks way easier. The display is gorgeous, super smooth, and the battery lasts all day. It’s fast, sleek, and feels super premium. Definitely worth the upgrade!

Camera quality is better than the iPhone 15. Largest iPhone screen ever, the battery is great.

Although I've only had it for a bit, it is a HUGE upgrade from my iPhone 11! The camera takes wonderful pictures. It's so fast compared to the last one. And since I got a ProMax, I love the size.

This is an awesome phone, imo. It looks lovely, to start. And the OS is just getting so much better. I use the two new side buttons all the time for the camera and flashlight. The photos it takes look amazing, and the battery life is better than my previous phone, which was an iPhone 8 Plus.

Soooooo let me tell you about Best Buy! These guys hands down have made purchasing my favorite devices so easy and comfortable. I’m entirely grateful for them and have switched from other big name stores to continuously shop with them. I looked everywhere for the iPhone 16 pro max in the color I wanted, no one had it. To my surprise Best Buy sure did and I got it with faster shipping that I’ve see with anywhere else. I will forever be grateful and they’ve made shopping for electronics quit, easy and RELIABLE! Go Best Buy!

The battery life is amazing, sometimes do not charge it at the end of the day and it still has around 35 percent. I went from an 11 64gb to 256gb So the storage makes all the difference. It's easy to use with a much better camera. I bought a lanyard accessory that I love even if it gives off nerd vibes.
