This phone I got for myself. 1st time Apple Ecosystem and I’m not impressed. The new camera button almost completely paralyzes the phone’s touch sensors. The use case (outside of games) is almost minimal. The storage costs an arm and a leg for anything above the entry-level. The only thing I do like about the phone is the display that’s made by Samsung, the seamless integration with other Apple devices, and the slightly better battery life

Each year they keep getting better and better. I would have to say my favorite features of the new iPhone 16 Pro Max after switching from iPhone 15 Pro Max is the camera button the better camera and the battery definitely last longer in my opinion. get the 35 W charger and you can charge up to 80% pretty quicklyI would recommend!!

While there’s nothing about this phone compared to last year’s release, I still appreciate the fact that it works just the way I want it. It’s fast, takes good pictures, and has all the apps I need for work and play. I’m not a complicated person when it comes to tech and this phone is simple enough for me to navigate without difficulty.

I buy a new IPhone when ever they come out this is one of the fastest and there is so many bells and whistles on it I took me a lot of time to set up all the new features and more to come by the end of the year. Battery last me about 18 hours and I have a heck of a lot of apps on it. Boots up in record speed

Switched back to this phone after going android for 2+ years. So happy to be back on the apple ecosystem. Great battery life, awesome camera, and overall smooth operating system. Not nearly as buggy as android.

Love it. Purchased for my daughter. She had the pro and moved to the pro max. Bigger screen, better camera. The best phone in my opinion on the market.

This phone is a nice upgrade. I font use ai features ir anything but it is dependable and has s long battery life and like all Apple products it always works great! And the camera is amazing!

This is my first IPhone Pro Max and I love it. My other iPhones have only been Pros. Regret not getting a Pro Max sooner! Great features, fast processing, great camera. Recommended!

Good iPhone does not lag and does its job, I upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max and I would say I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

I considered buying directly from Apple, but Best Buy had the same pricing, and I was able to use my Best Buy rewards for a small discount. Plus, their protection plan was a little cheaper than AppleCare, which was a nice bonus. Final Thoughts If you’re looking to buy a new iPhone, Best Buy is a solid choice, especially if you’re trading in an old device or want the flexibility of different financing options. My purchase was seamless, and I’d definitely shop there again for future tech upgrades.

I am so glad I went with the 16 pro max instead of the 16 pro I love the phone I love the quality of the pictures and graphics on it it’s way faster then my old phone and the battery life is outstanding 100% recommend buying if your looking for a new phone

This is my first time Apple watch. I was imitated at first, but finding I am adapting better than anticipated. It does so many things I was not aware it could do. All in all ... I am loving it.

iPhone 16 pro max I think it’s a big upgrade from my 13promax. Love the size and the camera. It’s more responsive. And the added camera button is also fully customizable as well.

Customer service was excellent! They did everything to get my service and my phone upgraded and transferred!! I always use Best Buy and will continue! The phone works well! I have used iPhones since the 12 pro max and am always satisfied!
