    Upgraded because our phones were reaching the end of their life and capacities. It’s more of the same. The AI tools are good, but not groundbreaking. Only downside is AT&T processed our trade in phones incorrectly and gave us less than the quoted trade in price, but that’s not a reflection of this product or Best Buy
