The person from Best Buy put a screen protector on it so I never saw if the box was open prior to them taking the phone from me abruptly. It’s seems like it does “glitches” when switching between apps.

The side buttons are very convenient and it comes with options to choose their functions. I love the AI response and how it lighta up in a neon rainbow light when I ask for Siri! I am very satisfied overall and I highly recommend.
