    I had an iphone 13 ProMax and the difference is noticeable by many coworkers. The side buttons are very convenient and it comes with options to choose their functions. I love the AI response and how it lighta up in a neon rainbow light when I ask for Siri! I am very satisfied overall and I highly recommend.

    I've only had it a week. I'm an older person so I really don't need all of the bells and whistles. What amazed me was how easy it was to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone to my new phone. There were some precious voice mails from my brother who passed in 2023.

    I am uncertain this is a new phone. The person from Best Buy put a screen protector on it so I never saw if the box was open prior to them taking the phone from me abruptly. It’s seems like it does “glitches” when switching between apps.

    Easy upgrade process at Best Buy! Great phone! The battery life is good but seems to drain a little faster on iOS 18 vs my previous phone. Other family members have the iPhone 15 and have seen a decline in the battery life when updating to iOS 18. Overall still worth it!
