    Dont buy Verizon phones from BB. We purchased 2 new phones on our account with the $1100 trade in credit. Best buy will not take the trade in phones and the corporate Verizon store wont take them either. Ive spent every saturday morning at Verozon and although staff is helpful, they cant take the trades. Calling verizon ( from the store) says its a glitch on Verizons end.

    i was sold the wrong phone it was supposed to be Verizon but they sold me an AT&T phone by mistake. I had to return it

    Walk in to Best Buy not knowing I was to walk out with the new iphone17. With Verizon. The customer service. Was above and beyond. a five star Josh with Verizon was. Very. Outstanding. In his service. With making me. To switch to Verizon. Also all the other. Best Buy associates. I see as I walk around. So professional and. Knowledgeable. I very happy with iphone17 the 5star service.
