Very Bad Experience, they disabled my phone number
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a very bad experience ordering and receiving my I phone 17. During the 2 week process I was unable to use my phone number because it was disconnected during the activation process, no texts and phone calls for several days. On my multiple phone calls with them I told them NOT TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE IF IT MEANT i COULDN'T USE IT. I have asked for customer service to discuss ways they can make this right. They have not returned any phone calls or emails. I would expect more from Best Buy. They just lost me as a customer and I am sharing my story with family and friends.

WOULD NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN

Had to RE-SWIPE my card to get ANOTHER phone and it took bestbuy THREE weeks to return my money back to me
