I was at Best Buy 2 days ago and the staff was very friendly when I walked in. They gave me payment options and helped me get approved for credit for my new iphone 17 plus . Two of the guys who helped me were also very nice.

I can honestly say that the customer service and the gentleman that helped me take care of my iPhone orders were the Verizon wireless and the gentleman, Andrew and Zeke for helping me with the orders and taking care of the paperwork. Best Buy is the best and the workers are the best as well..

The iPhone 17 Pro Max is amazing! The screen is crystal clear, the camera quality is insane, and everything runs so smooth and fast. The battery life lasts all day easily, even with heavy use. It feels premium in my hand and the photo quality is crazy good, especially in low light. Definitely worth upgrading — this phone does it all and looks good doing it.

I’ve been using the iPhone 17 Pro Max for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. The Cosmic Orange color looks amazing in person—it’s unique and classy at the same time. The phone runs super smooth, apps load instantly, and the camera takes incredible photos even at night. Battery life easily lasts me through the day, and charging is pretty quick too. It just feels fast, sleek, and really well built. Definitely one of the best iPhones I’ve owned so far!

Upgraded from the iPhone 16 Pro MAX and not looking back. First love the orange color. The battery lasts forever (where my 16 Pro was failing quickly after the release iOS update for the 17). The camera is flawless and sound quality much better.

My wife used 13 pro max, and she did not feel that she did not need new one. But recently 13 pro max started to show fast battery draining. So she looks for new iPhone and decided to buy this new Orange. She loves its performance, camera and battery.

Nice upgrade from the XR, I do feel these phones are really really expensive. Protective cases that actually work are exceptionally expensive as well - the whole cell phone experience cost is enough to put you in the poorhouse. This will be the last upgrade till it either doesn't work anymore or the operating system can't be upgraded. The biggest negative I have with this phone after using it for about two months is the super hyper sensitivity of the screen, sometimes I feel like it has a mind of it's own spazzing out and doing what it wants. I think this is because of the larger screen size and the fact you have nowhere to put your hands without invoking some unwanted function. This is especially prevalent when handing the phone to someone else to see something on it, by the time the person gets the phone, whatever you want that person to see is long gone. There are too many functions integrated into the swipe and flick functions. Otherwise I like the phone... Jury is still out on the new operating system. Siri is still just as STUPID as ever, and she doesn't understand southern either. Siri also has this bad habit of cutting you off too soon, heaven forbid if you take breath while asker her something.... The camera function I feel is the best upgrade as I use it all of the time - so happy with that. Battery life I hope will be better than previous iterations of the iPhone. I'd like the nag screens for the addons to stop - don't need the extra expense to an already expensive phone to pay for the "apple" branded bloatware.
