Locked phone

I was cheated!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this IPhone 6s for use in the USA for 3 months and I've been thinking that it could be used on any network in the USA and in my country. Total Wireless is the carrier name and means that it can only be used on your network. Not I had this clear information when I bought it and when I arrived in Brazil I could not use the phone. I can not get in touch through the site, so I asked a friend to make this contact and they informed him that they would have to keep the phone for 1 year without the possibility of use in my country. I found this procedure very dishonest, because it was not clear this condition in the advertisement for the sale and only discovered it 4 months later .. when you hear or see total Wireless, understand that this to "sign" a contract? Best Buy should protect its reputation by protecting its customer from these pitfalls. I have a very elegant paper weight. Can Best Buy help me with this problem?

Worst customer service ever

I had not used any minutes yet had to spend 2.5 hours on the phone, being passed around from department to department. I finally gave up on being reimbursed the $25 for the first month. Nothing is worth that amount of pain. Best Buy needs to really consider new Wireless provider partnerships.
