Went from a 6 to a 7 (kids' phone bit the dust) and does not feel any different and since I use a case with a screen cover I can't tell if screen is clearer/better, but I like that I can't really tell except for the price difference.

It's mostly the same, and backing up my pics, apps and music from my old phone was a snap. It seems a bit quicker but the biggest plus has to be the stabilization in the video. Very cool. Still have to get used to the new home button as I regularly turn on Siri when I just want to close an app.
