Definite upgrade from iPhone 6

Basically it is the same size as the 6, but the camera lens is larger, so cases designed for the 6 will fit, but block part of the rear camera. I wish they still had the 64GB option, but I went up to the 128GB rather than down to the 32 since I had about 50GB of data.

So far I have no problems with it. The pictures are great as usual but airplay mirroring in landscape mode to my 4k TV covering most of 55 inch TV with no noticeable lag was a surprise compared to doing the same using iPad Air 2. Overall, a solid product.
