    I purchased iPhone 7 with a fair trade in of my iPhone 6 . Salesman was great to work with By the time I arrived home, my new phone fully restored from last iCloud back up

    This phone is nice and the camera has more features. My main complaint is with the Best Buy technician who set up my Verizon service. They explained one fee to me and my bill is one and a half times the cost of what was quoted to me, that is not including their normal taxes and miscellaneous fees. Basically since I bought my phone outright, I am charged a $40 smartphone fee. No one explained this to me and even though this is a Verizon fee, Best Buy did not go over this with me. I won't be buying a phone from Verizon again.
