I recently went from my 5s (that just started to run low on self motivation and started giving me problems) to this new iPhone 7. The only differences I noticed were ones that I don't like: 1. The home button is finicky. It sometimes take two or three attempts to get my double click to open the background apps....it may be the way i'm doing it, but i'm doing it like i'm used to doing it. 2. They moved the on/off button from the top right to the side of the phone. Screen shots used to be easy using your right index finger and left thumb to take one. Now it's awkward to take one and sometimes so much so that I don't hit em at the same time and I just shut my screen off! 3. The biggest pain is that they have taken my earphone jack! I use my phone to listen to podcasts while I sleep, and because there is no jack for your earbuds or pillow speaker, you have to attach an adapter (that comes bundled with the phone) that inserts into your power port, which means you can't recharge and listen at the same time. There's two fixes for this: A. Go wireless/ Bluetooth (my pillow speaker isn't bluetooth tho and bluetooth earbuds means $$) or B. Buy a special jack that splices into an earphone jack and a power port....$. Other than those things, I don't notice a difference. It's still a good phone and I'm sticking with apple products for now. I'm required to give a yes or no as to recommending....I'd recommend trying it out along with other products to see if it's for you. But I'm on the positive side of the fence....

Purchased this phone about a year ago. Still works great. My wife got a Samsung and has had nothing but problems.

I upgraded from the iphone 6 and have found it was a very good decision. The camera alone was well worth the cost. There are so many new features that are making my life more enjoyable. I am still learning new things I can do. It is both fun and useful.

Had an iphone 5s for almost 3 years that I liked. This phone blows it out of the water. I like larger screen and new features. Call quality is much better. The only downside is Apple got rid of the traditional headphone jack and instead uses the lightning port. But a headphone jack adapter does come in the package.

I upgraded to an iPhone 7, and I love it! It is extremely easy to use and offers more features than my previous iPhone. The sales associate who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about both the phone and accessories and services that go along with it. She made the process smooth and enjoyable.

We all have had phones that break... I just cannot justify buying an ALL GLASS phone like the 8 or X models. So, I decided to buy the 7 with 128 GB. Better size than my old SE... and still fits in my pocket.

The improved camera takes great photos. And the expanded memory is very useful. The only thing I miss is the earphone jack.

This iPhone is best unit I have ever owned. Upgraded from iPhone 6 which had to be charged by mid afternoon every day. This iPhone goes all day on one charge. My apps run very fast with no issues with Microsoft Word etc programs. Make sure you purchase with ample memory or you will be upgrading very quickly.

I love this iPhone more than the others I have had. I did have a bad one at first that stopped charging and completely died, but Apple replaced it and I haven’t had any issues with my replacement one.

Stopped in at Best Buy, as my 6s was acting up. Found out I was due for an upgrade. The IPhone 7 is excellent! Love the upgraded camera. It takes beautiful, clear pictures! The sound is much nicer on the speakers and the phone is much clearer. Water resistance is a great idea too!! Great phone!

Love love love my new Iphone 7 and all of its new features and I didn't have to wait as long as it would've taken at the Verizon store. Best Buy was great!

I'm upgrading from the smaller iphone se. I like the thinner phone and the water resistance. The phone has a richer look and feel. While the bigger screen is nice, I do wish the phone was a bit smaller as it sits bigger in dress pants, and is more difficult, if not impossible to use with one hand. My thumb doesn't quite reach around. Hopefully I'll get used to the bigger size, but otherwise very happy with ths well made product.

I have nothing to say bad about this phone it works fast and has great new features.Also when you dictate into text or email it gets It right .The camera is extremely clear .When I picked it up at Bestbuy they were fast efficient and courageous,I will always get my new phones at BEST BUY .

Purchased this phone for my less than technically savvy wife. Upgraded from an S5. She loves the iPhone so much more than her old Samsung products. It's fast, easy to use, and comfortable in hand. Did not take long to get used to, and has surpassed my expectations.

I planned the purchase of this iPhone to coincide with a planned trip to Chile and Peru. I read reviews of the camera in this phone coupled with the larger storage capacity and knew this was exactly what I needed. I am now half way through my trip and have not been disappointed.

Got this for my son because I want to make sure it was easy to use. I was not disappointed.

I bought this iPhone 7 to replace a iPhone 6plus. I like this one better than any. I started with the iPhone 4. It is water resistant and the speakers sound great. Lots of memory for my music. Bluetooth connectivity seems a little better than the 6 plus. Overall it's the best yet.
