    It is pretty and does everything a smartphone promises. AND it does many things I will never use. However - the cost is crazy! Apple is too full of itself. AND it doesn't hold the charge promised. I've had iPhones for many years, but when this one dies (as it will with the planned obsolescence). I won't buy another. I will just bite the bullet and get a non-apple product. Hate having to learn a new system, but Apple puts too high a value o. Itself.

    It is what I expected it to be. First one I picked up had a faulty screen when dimmed, but the store graciously exchanged it and it's been good since.

    The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish the screen was as big as my old Galaxy phone, but other then that, I'm glad I made the switch
