I love the phone but wish it had the headphone jack. Problem solved with some Jaybird X2s, but it would be nice to have a jack. Great battery life, works great with all my car bluetooth headsets.

I love this phone! The only thing I might change would be the power button on the top has been moved to the side, so when you click it, you end up turning your volume up or down with your thumb

I upgraded from an iPhone 5 to this iPhone 7 and everything about it is 1 million times better. I've had no difficulty using it and no questions on how to do anything. Simple and easy to use.

This phone has been the best ! My wife still has it an it has a ton of memory remaining , we have had several options to upgrade and she is content with keeping it

Coming from iphone 6s, there are minor, but significant changes. Stereo speakers are nice and loud, water resistant is a bonus. iOS 10 needs a little more refinement. Otherwise, excellent phone.

Sales person didn't help me. Can't get to iCloud or connect with iPads or imac. Wouldn't buy from Best Buy again. Phone is good tjowill call Apple care foe help and buy thru them next time

The improvements are good ones without creating the need to learn how to use it. The 128 gb model solves the memory space issues. Plenty of room for photos and apps. Still need a case for phone and protective sheet on glass to reduce risk of damage. And the folks at Best Buy make it easy to go from box to operational.

I upgraded from an iPhone 5S. Got the 128 size because my old phone was so full I couldn’t take any pictures.

The iPhone 7 is their best phone yet. It's camera is awesome along with the apps to go with it. Also, you can jump in the pool or take a shower with it. Plus all the other stuff! Great phone.

I have always had other phones until I got an iPhone for work now I only like the iPhone so when my contract was up this year, I got the iPhone. Just wish it wasn't so darn expensive.

Loved my experience at best buy, the customer service representative was welcoming and friendly. I walked in with a cracked iphone 6 and left with the jet black iPhone 7 and I love it

I am amazed at the storage. I have over 30 movie downloads, over 1000 pictures, and more than 100 apps and I have used less than 50 of the 128 gb. Very happy. Still learning all the tricks!

I have had an iPhone since the iPhone 4s and I can't say anything bad about it. It gets better every year. Everyone who works with social media and take a lot of photos need 128 GB

The iPhone 7 was a great upgrade over my iPhone 5s and I was able to get a 250 dollar credit on trade in which made the iPhone 7 very affordable. Definitely enjoying the 128gb hard drive

I love my new iPhone 7! The videos and photos are so much better quality. I also enjoy the Live Photos where you can push on the screen and see the movement before the shot was taken.

I purchased this phone for my daughter who wanted to upgrade. She loves it, especially with the 128 gb storage. Got a great deal on this phone, but I wouldn't spend regular price on it.

Very excited with this new phone! Looking forward to utilizing the new and improved camera and other features. This is my third iPhone(through upgrades) and have loved all of them.

The iPhone-4 was a refurbished unit bought when the iPhone-5 came out. It was an inexpensive introduction to smart-phones, and lasted 4 1/2 years for me. I'm hoping this phone will last about as long - but the battery life is clearly inferior, and the phone is just a little too big for proper single-handed operation. On the other hand, the larger (and more pixel-dense) screen is a blessing for my aging eyes. Having a phone that's PROPERLY supported with software updates means spending a lot of money up-front - and Google's Nexus/Pixel line of phones is the only one that satisfies that. And is definitely the B-team as far as aesthetics and ergonomics.

The overall quality of the phone is great. The lack of a headphone jack may bother some but there is an adapter included in the box for standard headphones along with a lightening port headphones. Add blue tooth head phones to it and you won't care about the jack. The battery life is great and the screen is awesome. Now the bugs. The phone does have some freezing issues that hopefully after an update, those will be resolved. If you're on Verizon, the phone randomly drops out of LTE and goes to 3G then 1X to No service quite a bit, very fustrating especially when you are using the GPS. They just released iOS 10.0.3 that is supposed to address this issue, so we'll see how that goes.

Upgrading from iPhone 6 to 7, it all feels the same for the most part. It's just a little quicker, screen is slightly nicer to look at, some improvements in camera department, haptic button is great (absolutely love how it responds while scrolling a drop-down list, or when swiping down the notifications), etc.
