Upgraded from an iPhone 5s once my battery finally died. Great new features and the size is still manageable.

great phone. i had the 6 prior. 7 is definitely faster and so is the lte.

We bought this for our daughter & she loves it. The faster processor speed and the "live" pictures are awesome.

Had to return it because it was supposed to be u locked to use overseas, but it's unlocked for US use only.

The iPhone is an expensive Instagram checker. Should've expected that.

I made the move from a 6 to the 7 and are happy that I did. There is a few subtle differences and it is faster.

On scale of 1-10, we are at 9. Excellent product. The camera is a big improvement over the one on the iPhone 6.

The black iphone7 is a great product and has enough memory for me to save all the things I need to get by.

While traveling out of state, my iPhone 6 battery suddenly expanded and blew out the case after 4 years of use. I needed a replacement urgently. I opted for the Apple - iPhone 7 128GB - Jet Black (Verizon) deal that Best Buy was offering. The sales tech transferred all my information, contacts, pics, etc., and got me up and running in less than 30-mins.

I prefer iphone to Samsung and only upgraded because of the color choice. Love the amount of storage too.

I got this for my wife and it took her a little while to get used to the new button. Overall she likes it.

I really didn't want a new phone since my S7 edge was great but so far so good and the battery is great.

Love the phone. Been loyal iPhone customer for past 5 years. The only thing that bothers me is that I need to carry that extension for my earphones and sometimes I forget. Other than that I love the phone.

I was able to get this phone during the free swap for the iPhone 6. I was a little concerned at first but this turned out to be the greatest bargain yet. The phone seems so far to be a better version of the 6. I can hear much more clearly as that was a problem with the old phone. I am having to get used to some changes in the way some programs work. The only complaint I have so far is the phone cannot understand a thing I am saying. I could give verbal commands to send texts and call people on my contact list with the iPhone 6 with no problem. This phone literally does the craziest things, it understands nothing. I've hear other people complain about the same thing. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I bought one after my daughter did. She loved hers and I love mine. Easy to set up and oh so cute!

Upgraded from 6s...my 15 year old son loves this and it also has sooo.much memory and great picture quality

Grandson loves his new phone and is taking good care of it. He likes the camera and has some great photos.
