Love the new features, particularly the fingerprint security. Best Buy folks were absolutely wonderful in solving problems with Sprint and getting us back to AT& T.

what can I say its and iphone. some love and some hate it. but I happen to love them. been using iphones since the 3gs came out. have not had any problems with the phone.

I bought this for my daughter, she does the the phone, photo clarity, sound, etc. She is not fond of no audio port because now she needs to buy wireless headphones.

I've been an iPhone user almost from the beginning. The iphone 7 is a good phone. Not much noticeable difference from the 6 or 6s, but it hasn't given me much problem

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Best Buy is an AT&T authorized dealer. It was so much faster to go there then an AT&T store when I needed to upgrade my phone.

Easy to get used to as my first Apple product. The iPhone 7 is very easy to use, even without taking a class. It is probably better suited to a person with small fingers.

This was a nice upgrade from my iPhone 6 considering I didn't have force touch. BUT if you have the 6s, I wouldn't suggest upgrading. I mean the only difference would be the processing speeds, which you wouldn't even notice, and that it's "waterproof". If that's good enough for you, then go for it.

Wife loves the size moving up from 4.0 5S to this 4.7". She was skeptical but can't go back. SICK phone, all black is so nice and the low light video is the bees knees.

The product is, well, an iPhone. Enough said. Except I also got a terrific deal... and paid way less than I would have at Apple or the phone carrier. Happy customer!

My daughter was hesitant to upgrade in the beginning but we were able to convince her and now that she have the iPhone 7 she definitely love it and no regret one bit.

The touch feel of the phone is incredible. It takes wonderful photos even in extremely low light. Have been using it for about a month now and there has not been a single crash or restart. Only thing i miss about using this phone is "no headphone jack" otherwise it definitely had 5 stars from me.

Upgraded from 5s to 7. Improved sound on calls. Improved display. Headphones pluggable into lightning port included with phone (wasn't sure from reading reviews if headphones were included). Received $200 gift card from Bestbuy when upgrading (promotion at Christmas). So far, nice upgrade.

I love my new Apple phone the color of her is perfect it gives me the quality and the review and everything the way that a phone supposed to be especially iPhone 7

After years of buying my phones direct from the cell phone companies, I decided to give Best Buy a try. Glad I did. Painless process and better deal than going direct.

Came from a Galaxy Note 5. I have always been on Android until I recently bought the iPhone 7. I will never go back! It is such a great phone and operating system.

The color at the back starting pealing off after couple months

I found that the Best Buy personnel at Pembroke Pines were very helpful. We had a problem with the account and they stayed with it for 2 hours to get resolved.
