    in the beginning my first iphone7 froze and i had to return it. the 2nd iphone was better but sometimes it freezes and doesnt recognize ur finger touch.

    It is pretty and does everything a smartphone promises. AND it does many things I will never use. However - the cost is crazy! Apple is too full of itself. AND it doesn't hold the charge promised. I've had iPhones for many years, but when this one dies (as it will with the planned obsolescence). I won't buy another. I will just bite the bullet and get a non-apple product. Hate having to learn a new system, but Apple puts too high a value o. Itself.
