Several issues

I was told I was the first person to return the phone. I was in the store 2 hours missing my plans for the night because there were issues trying to return it. The phone freezes all the time and I'm afraid it may stop working again.

Too small. Needs speaker jack.

Apple is removing features from it's products. But the price is not better. I do like the camera. But I don't recommend this product. I should have gone for another product.

Not happy with Best Buy

Best Buy (Geek Squad) had me drive it back to the store (about 18 miles) only to tell me they could not assist me. I had to take it to the Apple Store. Wasted my time plus they could have cared less. They were very friendly when I was shopping but the same store associates were not friendly nor helpful when there was an issue.
