This phone is ok .. I found similar functionalities between 7 and 6s.

The max volume on the iPhone 7 is much improved over previous versions.

Phone not as big as I thought would have purchased the plus instead

I would not recommend purchasing this phone if you already have a 6s. Very small differences in picture and performance. Returned item after trying it for a week. In my opinion it's not worth buying if you own a 6s. Did now wow me

I was very disappointed in the purchase of this iPhone 7 the phone reminds me of the iPhone 6s so many ways. I could've save my money and get some other type of phone but I'll just have to live with this as I'm on the contract

Phone looks good sometimes disconnecting and voice is not clear

Phone is much nicer than my 4 however for almost a grand, I didn't expect it to shut down on me twice in the first week. Hoping for a firmware fix. Also, if your a Toyota owner, this phone does not sync well. Will drop a call on hands free after about 2 minutes.

Not as good as I expected. Phone is slow at times.

Headphones stoppped worked less than two weeks after opening the box. Phone also started freezing even after ensuring all apps are closed. Lost half of all my information even using iCloud.

Got iPhone 7 "universal " from Best Buy didn't work with any carrier. Mike the supervisor at 76th location refused to exchange because pass 15 return policy which didn't make sense since I didn't want a return just exchange for a good product// I pay a highly amount for something that works!! Finally after a week of running to several stores apple, spring, T-Mobile, boostmobile and other I went to Best Buy and store manager understood the situation and make the exchange and guess what phone start working right away as it should the first time. Lost lots of working time because I had to go to this stores everyday and cut my working days to half. It was a nightmare!!!

I usually take calls on speaker. Many people complained my voice quality is bad when i am on speaker. Almost every word is breaking to them. Never faced this issue on 6S

my wife upgraded so that she could give her still very new looking iPhone 6 to her mother. the iphone 7 is basically just like the 6 with some very minor tweaks, not worth the upgrade, i would wait for the 8.

Attendees were very incorrect and inefficient. We ask that you assure us that we could use the phones in our country, and said they would. We have now spent nearly $ s 1700 for nothing because Apple says that Best Buy does not sell phones to be used outside the US. We hope we reintegrating the amount paid or give us answer to the problem. But I think I never buy anything at Best Buy.

I recently bought a phone for my wife TOLD the salesman I wanted the next 24 AT&T plan and they put me on the 30. I'm not going to drive back to the store, may or may not have bought the phone at the agreed at price. I want this fixed. I don't want to return the phone. The agents need to listen to what the customer tells them, not what they think they want. Never wrote a bad review. If this isn't resolved, I'm returning the phone AND NOT paying the restock fee.

IPhone 7 has the worse reception, i have so many problems with it that I never had with my previous phone.
