We bought this "new" phone in April 2017. Recently we experienced some problems with the phone, so we took it to our local Apple store. They had to send it off for repair, but then the phone was returned because it contained foreign parts. The Apple store representative advised that our "new" phone is actually refurbished. Apple products are great, but under no circumstance will I ever purchase another product from Best Buy.

I bought this phone thinking that I could take the SIM card out and use in on any carrier. This phone is "unactivated," not unlocked. The first sim you put in it locks it to that carrier. The carriers won't unlock it, because it is not one of their phones. You can't buy a third party unlock, because the IMEI is not linked to their network. I now have a $800 paperweight. No place in any BestBuy information do I find this information disclosed.

We are really disappointed as we were not able to exchange the att sim cards, will be returning it

Customer service was pretty good. However, the Wi-Fi at the store was not good and it took all of my data when I switched my apps over

I am using this phone since last 3 months and still did not find any wow factor. So buying this phone was basically bad decision for me

iPhones sucks when it comes to move photos songs docs videos from/to PC. The folder structure is the most annoying thing in the world

Speaker on the phone is horrible!!!! The other person can never hear me, if they do, I sound miles away. Very disappointed.

if you have the money to spend then go for it. otherwise I would just stick with one of the older iphone versions or Samsung.

I wanted to get an unlocked phone as a new year gift for my mom. Apparently it needs to be connected ti i tunes as soon as you open it or the phone locks itself to the first sim. Best buy annapolis sadly had no idea about this. Hence the phone was useless to me, no gift for my mom, and i also had to give $35 resticking fee.

Works as advertised, no 3.5mm headphone port really sucks

This phone has a lot of problems, I'll never purchase a phone the day it comes out again!

I am a iPhone fan had every one since the first one, the iPhone 7 is the best light weight, slick look and battery last longer. I have the 128 g and I have so much space can get all the apps I want and also take videos and pic. Great phone you will love it even if it's your first one.

This phone is not a true "unlocked" phone. It locks to the carrier who's sim you stick in there first. You will be at the mercy of that carriers unlock policy as it will lock out SIM usage to any other carrier (even international) unless they due an unlock after activation.

I wish I kept my old phone, I don;t care for this one.

I got this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy S5 but prior to that, I had iPhones for a long time. This phone works so well! I've had the phone for months and the battery life is still incredible. I rarely have to worry about my phone dying during the day (unless I spend all day using apps). It's durable and a great size. It has been difficult getting used to the lack of a headphone jack mostly because this set of headphones is not compatible with other devices. It was frustrating wanting to use my headphones on my macbook but being unable to and the converter does not help in this case so I have to carry a second set around just for my computer. Other than that, it's a great buy!

Noticed interference during calls. Returned phone.

product works well, but it took me 3 visits and well over 10 hours at best buy to get my phone activated properly. i can never work with best buy mobile again. total waste of my time. DO BETTER

A huge upgrade over my 32 Gig 5S! The 2 stereo speakers are so much clearer and louder than my 5S' single mono speaker. I kind of miss the headphone jack. The Lightning EarPods so loud and Clearer than the 3.5mm jack ones! I'd like a higher battery capacity.
